"What would Love do?" This question is the golden thread throughout our group session: La Lou's Theatre of Life. We’ll play with genuine connection. Genuine connection – with ourselves and with each other. In a world where we often carry our worries alone, not only tunnel vision arises, but above all a deep sense of loneliness. During this session, we take off our masks. We share what lives within us and listen to one another with care. Together, we explore — with curiosity and an open heart — what love would do in the situations we encounter. If the group is open to it, we’ll practice with a roleplay. Because breaking old patterns isn’t easy — but practice makes progress. And love welcomes practice. I hold the space with lightness and clarity, do energy work, and answer your questions. If you can’t make it on any of these dates, please let me know. As soon as I have a group together, we can find a time that works for everyone. Contribution: €55 per session.
