My way of working
I connect people with their hearts — using human stories as the spark. Stories have always drawn us closer to ourselves… and to one another. Stories spark recognition. We are the stories we tell ourselves. Through sharing stories, I remind people that at our core, we are love. And at any moment, we can change the story we tell ourselves… and our world.
Not all stories are spoken aloud, and with undivided attention, they can be heard. I observe, listen, feel, and name what remains unspoken and unseen. This creates experiences that touch and move people — into action from the heart: inspired action.

Every day, people come together in organizations, bringing their time, energy, and creativity. Organizations play a leading role in nurturing love.
To me, love in organizations feels like being in service of a greater whole and harmony—harmony that goes beyond relationships between people.
It also extends to the harmony between the human and the business aspects of the organization.
I reconnect organizations to their heart so they make inspired choices that lead to energetic collaboration that enriches everyone.
