La Lou’s View on Life and Love
I see life as improvisational theatre: no script, just one simple cue to start with — experience what it means to be love.
Being is one thing, but it’s only through doing that you truly feel it. Life is one big journey of discovery in a world of love.
Those who dare to fully embrace life, seeing obstacles along the way as signposts, grow into true experts in the experience of love.
And I’ll say it again: let this be the whole play of life!

The Bigger Picture
All shares the same origin — call it Spirit, the Source, the Universe, God, or Allah. I simply call it Love, something in which everyone recognizes themselves, in my experience.
At our core, we are all love, and in our human form, each of us is unique.
Humanity is love in action: to be love and to express it in everything we do.
Everything is energy, and every emotion, thought, or intention carries its own vibration. We are like a radio, tuned to the frequency of love. When in harmony, joyful, light music fills the air.
But when static creeps in, a hidden jammer disturbs the flow: love can no longer move freely. I call this resistance. Focus only on the static, and it multiplies.
Shift your attention back to love, and the music begins to play, clear, bright, and true once more.

A Metaphor for Life: improvisational theatre
In improvisational theatre, there is no script. You step onto the stage with one simple cue and start to play—spontaneously, in the moment.
You say “Yes, and” to everything life hands you, because a “No” stops the flow. Imagine watching a play where one actor repeats “I want this” for three hours,
and the other only says “I don’t.” Nothing happens — the magic is gone.
In life, the cue is simple: “Experience what it means to be love.”
“Yes, and” means accepting what life gives you.
If an error pops up in your head that only shouts “No,”
go ahead and shout back: “Yes, and… I’ll just do what love would do anyway!”

Learning from Life
Reading about travelling doesn’t make you an experienced traveller; it’s about being curious, taking steps, daring to take risks, facing challenges, persevering, and enjoying the adventure.
In life, knowledge and experience create wisdom—a beautiful example of 1 + 1 = 3.
Every life journey is unique, and we each gather our own insights. Often, we seek ready-made solutions or try to rush the process. Quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers don’t exist. Everything that is relevant for your journey will arrive at the right moment.
Life is our greatest teacher. It doesn’t hand out diplomas, it recognizes us in a different way: it lets us feel who we truly are, guides us to discover others, and invites us to connect fully.
Need proof? Feel joy!

Relationships are a Palace of Mirrors
Life is not a monologue; we play together with others.
The other always mirrors you. Encounter resistance? You are in the lead: ask yourself, what would love do?
Love is pure, it connects, creates space to breathe, and allows us to experience the richness of differences.
When love masks itself as fear or control, you can simply move to another, lighter stage. This too is an act of love. It gives your fellow players the space to move with you. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t.
Even more beautiful is to recognize and acknowledge masks, and let love sing and dance:
Spotlights on, masks off!

Love, Commitment and Integrity
My three musketeers — Love, Commitment, and Integrity — form the heart of La Lou’s.
Love has my full commitment; I am, and I play her.
Anything that is not loving toward others and seeks only self-interest, including financial gain, I let be free to play its own game.
I am true to my values and act consistently.
It is my personal condition that people I work with share these values.
Together, we create a stage of pureness, respect, and connection.
