Pilot ''Spotlight on Harmony''
Feel your organization’s heart beat again!
How can human stories help you come fully alive again?
They bring you back to your heart and support you in making inspired choices from a place of harmony between the human and business aspects.
Are you open for the experience?
Send a message or schedule an introductory month to discover the impact.
There is currently space for 2 organizations, so I can give each the attention that's needed.
My Approach
Safe openness: everyone is seen and heard; emotions are welcome without creating unnecessary noise.
The bigger picture at the centre: aligning with the heart of the organization and its contribution to a greater purpose.
Win-win: the interests of people and the organization, human and business, come together.
Stage director’s role: using theatre as a metaphor, I use the heart of the organization as the cue for the play all players perform together. I observe, feel, and bring energy and inspiration so that everyone is aware of the storyline, plays their role purely, in dialogue with each other, instead of separate monologues.
